JRI Hospitality has unveiled its newest concept, M1918, a hidden speakeasy located beneath the Salina Country Club, bringing a new era of intrigue and elegance to Salina’s social scene. Hidden beneath the Salina Country Club, M1918 officially opened to the public on November 5, 2025, following a series of exclusive soft launches for Club members that began in early September.
Designed to capture the spirit of the 1920s, M1918 features secret entrances, period-inspired décor, and an atmosphere rooted in authenticity and allure—brought to life by builder Brandon Sherwood Designs. Guests can enjoy a curated cocktail program led by Director of Mixology, Colby Kish, featuring both specialty creations and timeless classics inspired by the Prohibition era.
The opening of M1918 marks another milestone in JRI Hospitality CEO and Founder Jason Ingermanson’s ongoing investment in revitalizing the historic Club and expanding JRI’s portfolio beyond traditional dining. Introducing distinctive destinations and experiences that redefine hospitality across Kansas and beyond.
M1918 is open to the public Wednesday through Saturday by reservation, while Salina Country Club members enjoy exclusive perks.
