JRI Hospitality is proud to announce that we have broken ground on a new prototype for Salina’s new Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers restaurant. The new restaurant will be located at 916 E. Crawford Street next to Mokas Cafe. Adding to Freddy’s genuine hospitality, the restaurant features a unique walk-up and drive-thru prototype. As the Salina, KS franchisee, we’re excited to provide the Freddy’s flavors people love in a new, convenient way. The New Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Salina, Kansas
In addition to our cooked-to-order food and friendly customer service, guests at the new Salina, KS location can enjoy new ways to satisfy their Freddy’s hunger. The new Salina restaurant will focus on walk-up and drive-thru service, making it the first Freddy’s restaurant to do so. As a result, we will be investing in a large 38-seat patio where guests can enjoy their favorite foods.
We’re grateful and excited to continue providing Salina with the best Freddy’s has to offer with this new location. This new prototype will be unique to Salina and if successful, it will become more prevalent across the United States.

Freddy’s story began in 2002 by founders Scott Redler and Bill, Randy, and Freddy Simon. They opened the first location in Wichita, Kansas, offering a range of cooked-to-order American favorites like steakburgers, Vienna® Beef hot dogs, shoestring fries, and freshly churned frozen custard. Today, Freddy’s has grown to 400 locations that serve 32 states across the country and gained a lot of recognition for their food and friendly customer service.
